An assembly line needs 20-30 workers to make it. Therefore, we recommend segmented automatic production more. 

Detailed steps

Step 1: cut and strip the cable to the length you need

• Side 2: Soldering machine for Micro/ Type-C /lightning

Step 3: ：Injection Molding

• Plastic Drying Machine 
• Plastic Recycle Machine 
• Plastic Mixing Machine 

Step 4: Cable Testing

Step 5: Cable Winding & Tying
